My thoughts are consumed with grief as I think about the tragedy that our nation is trying to comprehend. My heart is aching.

I have always vowed to live my life using love as the driving force behind my actions.  I know that I am not perfect. I make mistakes. I lose my patience with my children. I get angry at my husband. Yes, I like to swear.....alot. However, I can proudly say the the core of my soul is powered by love. I believe "love" is the single greatest thing we can do for humanity. Love always wins. always.

I was inspired to make this simple print.  I will hang it proudly in my home as reminder.  I thought some of you may like to have it as well.  If you are like me...you are feeling a bit hopeless and feel a tugging at your heart...asking you to do MORE. As parents, friends, siblings, husbands, wives, sons and daughters....the power to do more is already within you. Continue to love. Teach love. Radiate love. It is contagious.

There is no denying the fact that major life events tend to inspire us.... Let's just say that these two little love bugs have definitely stirred up some major inspiration in the creativity department. My new nephew, Degan Robert, and my niece, Samaya Elizabeth, were born a week a part.  I am, of course, completely in love with both of them and just being around them gets my creative juices flowing.

Just when I was starting to feel a little "out of it" in the inspiration department, these two peanuts came along and perked me right up! Funny how the universe has a way of setting everything right.

I'm SO EXCITED to share my new canvas growth chart designs....exclusively for Land of Nod!! Did I actually just write that?? Yes....I did! yay!

In conjuction with my partnership with Oopsy Daisy, I (we) developed four adorable growth charts for this amazing retailer.  I'm not lying when I tell you that having my products in Land of Nod stores/online/in their catalog has been on my "vision board" for over 4 years. I am SO EXCITED about this. Can you tell??

new product launches featuring my designs

Two of my retail partners have launched new products featuring my designs. I love to see how my artwork can transform an ordinary item into something fun and unique!

My  long time partner, tiny prints , has recently released a small selection of personalized mugs . There are so many cute designs to choose from but I'll bet you can guess who was responsible for this  "vintage buds" design?

In addition, Itzy Ritzy has added a fun new "bento lunch box"  to their awesome line up of products.  It was exciting to see my work applied to these eco-friendly lunchboxes, as I think my designs add a special "pop" of color and fun!

I ran into Target yesterday to grab a few things and came out with these beauties. I have been a long time fan of method products, but they have really hit it out of the park with their partnership with Orla Kiely.  I bought one of each.....even though I didn't need them. How adorable are they? Plus they smell amazing. Bonus!
